Jenny Williamson is the Executive Director of Options Save Lives and has been educating and empowering people to succeed with the Sinclair Method since 2013. She approaches individuals with compassion and empathy, drawing from her own challenges with self-sabotage, a relentlessly cruel inner critic, feelings of failure and worthlessness, and sometimes crippling self doubt.

Jenny is a nonbinary, autistic, dyslexic person with ADHD who understands from personal experience that what many people consider "a normal drinker" can still be a problematic drinker - even in the absence of addiction. Her unique way of searching for answers allows her to help others discover and make choices that make sense for them.

Jenny believes every individual is capable of achieving their goals when they have a support system that encourages growth and self-compassion instead of demanding perfection.

Jenny's Message to Potential Clients

"If you feel misunderstood, if you are afraid of this big change even though you know it will improve your life, it's okay. You are not alone. You don't have to figure out all of the answers on your own. It's okay to ask for, and receive help."
